Fall is in full effect.  We had a fun weekend at the Roach Motel.  The Packers lost - but hope remains.

We took a couple on hikes into the woods this weekend looking for deer sign and to help our neighbor Mr. Whetherby set up a tree stand in the back 40.  Ellis is quite good with a hatchet.  We went and checked on the old tree stand up the trail and the kids had fun climbing around on it.  Still there but needs some repair. 

We are expecting our next delivery of quail any day now - so we starting preparing.  See the Quail Page for more detail. 

You'll also notice a Musky Lure that bears the name "El Roacho".  This is a lure I used while on our Musky Trip.  The manufacturer was kind enough to name it after me.  I think I'm the first one in the family to have a lure named after them so it makes be quite proud.
